The arrests come after an investigation into an attack at the multi-storey car park at Terminal 3 on Sunday. Prior to the attack, a pair of female travelers were robbed of their luggage upon exiting a car park lift.
A three-year-old girl was one of the those hurt during the incident. A total of five individuals were taken to the hospital for treatment and have since been discharged.
Police detained a man in his thirties for suspected robbery and assault close to the scene. He has since been released pending further inquiries as the investigation proceeds.
Police were alerted at about 08:10 GMT following reports of several individuals injured by an irritating chemical believed to be an irritant spray.
The attack - which authorities stated was isolated and not being treated as terrorism - resulted in delays to rail services and the partial closure of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the Terminal 3 car park for a short time.
